2GLO ™ 2 GLONASS andGPS Sensor InstructionsInstalling the Battery WARNINGThis product contains a lithium-ion battery�See page 5 for important battery safetyinformation�1 With your thumbnail, slide the batterycover release tab ➊�➌ ➊➋2 Remove the battery cover ➋�3 Locate the metal contacts on the endof the lithium-ion battery�4 Insert the battery ➌ so the metalcontacts on the battery align withthe metal contacts inside the batterycompartment�5 Press the battery down into place�6 Insert the battery cover into thenotches and press down�The release tab locks the cover inplace�Replacement BatteryYou can purchase a replacement battery(010-10840-00) at http://buy�garmin�com�Charging the BatteryYou can use the sensor while you arecharging it�1 Plug the small end of the power cableinto the mini-USB connector on theend of the sensor�2 Plug the other end of the power cableinto an appropriate source of power forthe cable type�It takes about three hours to charge thebattery� A fully charged battery lasts about13 hours�NOTE: If the battery has not been chargedfor a long period of time, remove thebattery, connect the cable to the deviceand a power source, and then replace thebattery� The battery will charge as usual�
