To create a new userwaypoint, simply enter its name (identifier) and position,or reference another waypoint by radial and distance.To create a new user waypoint by enteringits latitude/longitude position:1) With the User Waypoint Page displayed, pressthe small right knob to activate the cursor.2) Use the small and large right knobs to entera name for the new waypoint (Figure 7-38)and press the ENT Key. The present positionappears in the position field at the bottom ofthe page (Figure 7-39).
