Go to the MAIN DISCRETE I/O page.x Verify that all four TAWS annunciators ("TER CAUT", "TER INHB", "TER N/A", "TERWARN") shown on the 500 Series unit are NOT illuminated. If any TAWS annunciators areilluminated a fault exists.x Verify that all four TAWS annunciators (amber "TERR", white "TERR INHB", amber"TERR N/A", red "PULL UP") shown on the external TAWS annunciator are NOTilluminated. If any external TAWS annunciators are illuminated a fault exists.2. Select "TER CAUT" in the DISCRETE TOGGLE field on the MAIN DISCRETE I/O page ofthe 500 Series unit.x Verify that, when the "TER CAUT" discrete toggle is selected on the 500 Series unit, the"TER CAUT" box is filled in on the 500 Series unit and the amber "TERR" lamp isilluminated on the external TAWS annunciator unit. If any other TAWS annunciators areilluminated (either on the 500 Series unit or on the external TAWS annunciator), a faultexists.x Select the "TER CAUT" discrete toggle again and verify that the "TER CAUT" box is NOTfilled in on the 500 Series unit and the amber "TERR" lamp is NOT illuminated on theexternal TAWS annunciator unit. If any TAWS annunciators are illuminated (either on the500 Series unit or on the external TAWS annunciator), a fault exists.
