It is also not compatible with Mac® OS10.3 and earlier.Loading FilesStep 1: Insert a microSD Card(Optional)To insert or remove the card, press it in untilit clicks.Step 2: Connect the USB CableConnect the USB cable to the connectorunder the battery cover of the zūmo. Connectthe larger end of the cable to a USB port onyour computer.Your zūmo and memory card appear asremovable drives in My Computer inWindows and as mounted volumes on Maccomputers.NOTeOn some operating systems or computers with multiplenetwork drives, the zūmo drives may not appear. Seethe operating system Help file to learn how to map thedrives.Step 3: Transfer Files to thezūmoCopy and paste files from your computeronto the zūmo drives/volumes.1. Browse your computer for the file youwant to copy.2. Highlight the file, and select edit > Copy.3. Open the “Garmin” or memory card drive/volume.4. Select edit > Paste.Step 4: Eject and Unplug theUSB CableWhen you are finished transferring files,click the eject icon in your system tray,or drag the volume icon to the trash canon Mac computers. Highlight the file that you want todelete, and press the Delete key on yourcomputer keyboard.NOTICeIf you are not sure about the purpose of a file, do NOTdelete the file. Your zūmo memory contains importantsystem files that should NOT be deleted. Be especiallycautious of files located in folders entitled “Garmin.”•••••••
