26RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCEImproper adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage, injury ordeath. This heater must be installed and serviced only by a trained gas service technician.Inspect the entire heater system; venting and gas supply connections, at least annually prior tothe heating season. Replace worn parts and repair deficiencies.Check the inlet air opening and the blower periodically, cleaning off any lint or foreign matter. Itis important that the flow of combustion and ventilation air must not be obstructed.The tube heater burner is completely factory assembled and tested. Any alteration voids thecertification and manufacturer’s warranty. All heaters manufactured by EasyRadiant Works are warranted to the original user against defects in materials and workmanshipunder normal use for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. Easy Radiant tubes are coveredby a 20-year warranty against burn out. Any part that is determined to be defective in material orworkmanship during the warranty period, and returned to Easy Radiant Works, shipping costsprepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at the discretion of Easy RadiantWorks. For warranty claim procedures see “Prompt Disposition of Warranty Claims” below.To the extent allowable under applicable law, Easy Radiant Works liability for consequential orincidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Easy Radiant Works liability in all events is limitedto and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.Many jurisdictions have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/oruse of products for certain purposes, which may vary among jurisdictions. While Easy RadiantWorks attempts to assure that its products comply with these many codes, it cannot guaranteecompliance, or cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchaseor use of a product, review the product applications, and all applicable national and local codesand regulations, and ensure that the product and installation will comply with them.PROMPT DISPOSITION OF WARRANTY CLAIMSEasy Radiant Works will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment withrespect to any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship within thewarranty period. For any product believed to be defective under this warranty, first write or callthe dealer / retailer from whom the product was purchased. The dealer / retailer will give furtherinstructions. If unable to resolve satisfactorily, write or call Easy Radiant Works giving dealer’sname, address, date and number of dealer’s invoice, and describe the nature of the defect. Titleand risk of loss pass to buyer on delivery to common carrier. If product is damaged in transit toyou, file a claim with the carrier.
