After this interval, refer to themaintenance tables for continued scheduledmaintenance.1 Perform the following maintenance procedures:• B-3 Inspect the Tires and Wheels(including castle nut torque)• D-1 Replace the Hydraulic TankReturn FilterCHECKLIST A PROCEDURESA-2Perform Pre-operation InspectionGenie specifications require that this procedure beperformed every 8 hours or daily, whichevercomes first.Completing a Pre-operation Inspection is essentialto safe machine operation. The Pre-operationInspection is a visual inspection performed by theoperator prior to each work shift. The inspection isdesigned to discover if anything is apparentlywrong with a machine before the operator performsthe function tests. The Pre-operation Inspectionalso serves to determine if routine maintenanceprocedures are required.Complete information to perform this procedure isavailable in the appropriate operator's manual.Refer to the Operator's Manual on your machine.A-3Perform Function TestsGenie specifications require that this procedure beperformed every 8 hours or daily, whichevercomes first.Completing the function tests is essential to safemachine operation.
