Store completed formsas required.Maintenance ScheduleThere are five types of maintenance inspectionsthat must be performed according to a schedule—daily, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, andtwo year. TheScheduled Maintenance ProceduresSection and the Maintenance Inspection Reporthave been divided into five subsections—A, B, C,D, and E.
