Managing Power 3-9Battery Low Signals and ActionsWhen the battery is low, Windows gives warning messages and the BatteryCharge Indicator ( ) blinks yellow to alert you.Immediately save your data upon Battery Low. The remaining operatingtime depends on how you are using the computer.Always respond to Battery Low by connecting the AC adapter, turning offthe computer, or placing your computer in Hibernation mode. If you do nottake any action, the computer will automatically hibernate and turn off.NOTE: You can set up the threshold of Battery Low and actions forWindows to take with Windows Power Options.
