If the computer is performing an operation, it normally waits for theoperation to finish.The computer does not resume from Sleep or Hibernation mode. The computer automatically enters Sleep or Hibernation mode when thebattery pack is empty. Do any one of the following:− Connect the AC adapter to the computer.− Replace the empty battery pack with a fully charged one.Software ProblemsAn application program does not work correctly. Make sure that the software is correctly installed. If an error message appears on the screen, consult the softwareprogram’s documentation for further information. If you are sure the operation has stop, reset the computer.Sound ProblemsNo sound is produced. Make sure that the volume control is not set too low. Make sure that the computer is not in Sleep mode. If using an external speaker, make sure that the speaker is properlyconnected.Distorted sound is produced. Make sure that the volume control is not set too high or too low. In mostcases, a high setting can cause the audio electronics to distort the sound.The sound system does not record. Adjust the playback or recording sound levels.
