If they are not,reconnect them correctly and restart loading.2) Check information about the loading procedures for input errors on theHyperTerminal.z If XModem is used, check that you have reset the baud rate of the HyperTerminalto 9600 bps after loading the software with another baud rate.z If TFTP is used, check that you have correctly specified the TFTP parameters:server and switch IP addresses; name of the software to be loaded; and path forthe TFTP server to operate on program files.z If FTP is used, check that you have correctly specified the FTP parameters: serverand switch IP addresses; name of the software to be loaded; and username andpassword.3) Contact your sales agent for help if you cannot address the problem after takingthe preceding two steps.6.2 Dealing with Password Loss6.2.1 Dealing with User Password LossIf you lost your user password, enter the Boot Menu first:BOOT MENU1.
