In case of doubt,please contact your nearest Hako ser-vice center or authorized Hako dealer.Failure to observe this annuls any rightsto claims under the terms of guaranteein respect of resulting damage or con-sequential damage.Always specify the serial number, indi-cated on the rating plate, when makingany inquiries and orders for spare parts,refer to Section 1.7 - Rating plate.5.1 Hako system maintenanceHako system maintenance:• ensures the Hako working vehicle isalways ready for operation (preven-tive maintenance),• minimizes operating costs, mainte-nance and repair costs,• ensures the vehicle has a long ser-vice life.The Hako system maintenance de-scribes the specific technical work nec-essary for the individual modules anddefines the intervals for the mainte-nance tasks. Individual parts whichmust be changed during maintenancetasks are defined and stipulated inspare parts kits.Hako system maintenance, cus-tomer:Work to be carried out by the customeraccording to the service and mainte-nance instructions in the operatingmanual (daily and weekly). The driver/operator receives detailed instructionwhen the vehicle is delivered.Hako system maintenance I:(Every 125 operating hours)Must be completed by a skilled techni-cian in an authorized Hako service cen-ter according to the vehicle-specificsystem maintenance with a spare partskit.Hako system maintenance II:(Every 250 operating hours)Must be completed by a skilled techni-cian in an authorized Hako service cen-ter according to the vehicle-specificsystem maintenance with a spare partskit.Hako system maintenance III/S:(Every 500 operating hours, safetycheck)Must be completed by a skilled techni-cian in an authorized Hako service cen-ter according to the vehicle-specificsystem maintenance with a spare partskit. Completion of all legally prescribedsafety-related tests in accordance withUVV-BGV-TÜV-VDE.
