5415 GlossaryAspect Ratio: The ratio of width to height of a film, image or displayscreen.Color Temperature: Adjusting the color temperature enables you toset the intensity of white light. Color temperature is measured inKelvin (K). Higher color temperatures result in a blue tint. Lowertemperatures result in a red tint.Hue: Colors in a color system are measured by hue, saturation andluminance. Hue indicates the predominant color.LCD (Liquid Crystal Display): A display technology that uses rod-shaped molecules (liquid crystals) that flow like liquid and bend light.OSD (On-Screen Display): A control panel on the television screen thatallows you to select viewing options.Saturation: Chromatic purity indicating the amount of white containedin a color.
