LIMITED WARRANTY5 YEAR LIMITED PARTS WARRANTYThis warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materialfor the mechanical and electrical parts contained in thisproduct for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Youmust keep and be able to provide your original sales receiptas proof of the date of purchase.7 YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTYThe compressor contained in this product is warrantied for aperiod of 7 years from the date of purchase. You must keepand be able to provide your original sales receipt as proof ofthe date of purchase.WHO IS COVEREDThe original purchaser of this product.Haier America will replace any mechanical or electrical partsor that which proves defective in normal operation for aperiod of 5 years. Compressor for 7 years.HOW CAN YOU GET SERVICEContact your Installer.All service must be performed by a licensed HVACtechninican.THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER1. Damages from improper installation.2. Damages in shipping.3. Defects other than manufacturing.4. Damages from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lackof proper care and maintenance or incorrect electricalvoltage or current.5. Damages from other than household use.6. Damages from services performed by other than alicencensed HVAC technician.THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERWARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THEWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE.The remedy provided in this warranty is exclusive and isgranted in lieu of all other remedies.
