DVD FeaturesBasic PlaybackPreparations1.Place the DVD in the disc slot. The disc will beloaded automatically after one to two secondsthen the DVD player reads the DVD and displaysthe opening menu If there is no disc placed inDVD mode, OPEN will display on the screen allthe times)Do not place a disc that is unplayable in thisDVD player.2. Some discs may start playback with a menu. Usethe cursor buttons on the remote control to selectmenu options and press PLAY/ENTER to start. Youmay also press the digit buttons to select a menuoption directly. Many DVDs will not allow this duringstart-up.1. Press PAUSE/STEP to pause playback (still mode).The sound will be muted during still mode.2. Press PLAY/ENTER to resume normal playback.Pause playback1. Press STOP button to go to stop mode, the TVscreen will show the start logo. With some discs,such as DVD or CDs, the player can resumeplayback from the point where it was stopped.2.
