Keep the status forabout 3 seconds and the LED will blink, indicatingthat the Controller is ready for programming, thenrelease both keys.Led will blink once when you enter a digit key,C indicating the digit key is programmed. If 3 digits areprogrammed successfully, device LED will be ON forabout 3 seconds and then blink twice per second.Then User now can:Try to operate the device by using power key.A)If operation can be done, pressB) ENTER key tosave current 3-digits code brand to EEPROM andexiting manually programming mode.Return to beginning of step 3. Reprogram theC)control.If user's input is incorrect, LED will blink 6 timesD in 3 seconds (2 HZ). And then keep 2 HZ blink,user now can return to step 3 and re-program thedevice. Within 30 seconds, user should enter the3-digit brand code corresponding to your device. Iftime out or any key other than Power and digits ispressed, LED will be off and manually programmingprocess is exit.Manually scan modeYWith manually scan programming, the Controller tests allthe codes available in the codeset database and assignthe correct one for the selected device. Although thismethod is more time consuming, it saves you the troubleof looking up the brand codes necessary for manualprogramming.To manually-scan program the Controller:Manually turn OFF the device for manually scanA mode. (TV, VCR, DVD, STB, cable box or audioequipment).Choose the device you want to program.BWhile Press and holdingC ENTER key, press INPUT key,and device LED will be ON. Keep the status for about3 seconds and the LED will blink, indicating that theControl is ready for programming, then release both keys.Press and release theD CH+/CH- key. it will emit thenext or the previous POWER key code. The LEDblinks with 10 HZ freq, indicating that the Remote isin manually scan mode.PressE CH+/CH- key repeatedly until the deviceswitches ON (CH+ key conducts a upward searchwhile the CH- key conducts a downward search inthe code set database). When the device turns ON,press and release the ENTER key to program theController with the new code, saving the code toEEPROM and exit.After saving the new code, pressF POWER key. Ifthe device responds, no further programming isrequired. If the device does not respond, repeatstep 3 through 5. And searching will start fromcurrent code set.To exit without programming, press any key or no keywas pressed in 30 seconds, manually scan mode willbe automatically exit. The code can not be saved toEEPROM.After searching the entire data base, this mode will beautomatically exited and led will blink for 3 times in
