Outdoor unit5.Purging Method:7Push the air out of the indoor unitand piping as followes:(1) Remove the valve cap on 2-wayvalve in outdoor unit.(2) Loosen by 1/2 turn the flare nut ofgas pipe, which is conneted to3-way valve.(3) Loosen 2-way valve by 90 o usinghexagon wrench, and after approx.10 sec tighten it up. Gas comes outthrough flare nut on wide pipe. If nogas is discharged, tighten flare nutwith specified torque.(4) Open 2-way and 3-way valvesusing specified torque.(5) Tighten the caps on the valveswith specified torque.Valve rodValve cap7-920-25Tighten torque N.mWhen connecting pipe exceeds 5 meters, 20g or 60g(only for 24k) refrigerantshall be added per exceeding meter .
