Press RESET (on some devices, a green light will turn on).3. rP ess TEST (listen for click; Reset button will trip, and on some devicesa green light will turn off).4. rP ess and release RESET (listen for click; Reset button will latch, and onsome devices, a green light will turn on). The power supply cord is readyfor operation.NOTE:• The RESET button must be pushed in completely for proper operation.(See Fig.6)• The power supply cord must be replaced if it fails to trip when the testbutton is pressed or fails to reset.• DO NOT turn the air conditioner on or off by unplugging the powersupply cord from the outlet. Always turn the air conditioner on or off atthe control panel or by using the remote control.• A damaged power supply cord must be replaced with a new powersupply cord obtained from the product manufacturer and installed bya qualified service professional.
