Euroscart ConnectionsIf connections between AV appliances, AV Selector and television are made using Euro-scart connectors, the AV Selector switches to appliance as soon as connection is made.On being switched on, AV Selector switches to the last-used input connection.If all AV input equipment is switched off, it is not possible to switch televisions using AVappliance.2. Front AUX inputAs soon as appliance is connected to front AUX terminals, the AV Selector changes tothis input. AUX input boxes at the rear simultaneously switch themselves off.Important:AV Selector can be set on standby using either remote control (TV button) or on theappliance itself (SELECT button).Remote control unit:Press TV button on remote control unit. TV LED on AV Selector turns green.AV Selector is in standby mode.AV selector:Keep pressing the SELECT button until TV LED turns green. AV Selector is now on standby.LOCK function (interrupt prevent feature for VCR recording)To prevent recordings from unwanted interruptions, it is possible to block the switchingfunction. Select the input signal to be used for recording. This is indicated by a green light..Press LOCK button once. Input LED and output LED's change from green to orange. WhenLOCK function is in operation, another input appliance can be selected using SELECT button.New input channel should now be indicated by a green light. LED's for locked input signalsand VCR output signal change from orange to red. LED for TV2 button changes from orangeto red or green, depending on setting of TV2 button.To deactivate LOCK function or select another input channel for recording, reselect inputchannel (red LED).
