To make tea, fill the brew tower with one quart cold water tothe Max Fill Line. Do not use hot water. This level is indicat-ed inside the reservoir and on the pitcher. Do not use moreor less water. This unit operates with one quart of water.3. Fill the pitcher with ice to the Max Fill Ice indicator.4. Adjust the desired brew strength on the bottom of thebrew basket. Make sure the mesh filter is securely placedin the brew basket.5. Place tea bags or loose tea in thebrew basket. Place the tea so that it isbetween the mesh filter and the pour-ing spout of the pitcher when the brewbasket is in position.NOTE: To make one quart of iced teause 6 to 10 regular tea bags or 2 to 4tablespoons of loose tea.6. Place lid on pitcher. Pull out the brewtray and place pitcher onto the tray asshown.7. Plug in the tea maker. Press the Onbutton to brew tea. The On light willglow.8. After brewing is complete, the iced teamaker will shut off automatically andthe On light will go off.9.
