measured value in memory, thisstored value cannot be deleted. Itis not possible to delete individualvalues.5.4 Using the guest modeWhen a third person uses Tensovalmobil, it is recommended that theyuse the guest mode. This one is usedto store a measured value neitherto the memory positions M1 nor toM2. This avoids bias to the averagevalues and stored values of thetwo main users of the device. Totake measurements in guest mode, start the measuring procedure bysimultaneously pressing memorybuttons M1 and M2. The START/STOPbutton need not be pressed. At the end of measurement thedisplay simultaneously shows bothM1 and M2 above the measuredvalues rather than either symbolalone. The measured value can thusnot be applied to either person, and the measured values will notbe stored. To switch off the device, press theSTART/STOP button, also in guestmode. Otherwise the device willswitch itself off automatically after3 minutes.ured values are in memory, themean value will be calculated fromthese two measured values. If onlyone measured value is in memory,no mean value will be calculated. You can cancel the memory’s recallof data at any time by pressing theSTART/STOP button. Otherwise thedevice will switch itself off auto-matically after approx. 30 seconds.Even if the power supply fails, e.g.when changing the batteries, thestored values will still be available.5.3 Deleting the measuredvaluesYou can delete all stored dataeither in M1 or in M2. To do this, press the memory button of thecorresponding memories M1 or M2.The average value will appear onthe display. Hold down the memorybutton for a longer time. After fourseconds, the display will flash andafter further four seconds, all datawill be deleted. On the displayappears now M1 or M2.Important: If you release thememory button before theend of the time limit, no data willbe deleted.
