IBM or your reseller will repair the failing machine at yourlocation and verify its operation. You must provide a suitable working area to allowdisassembly and reassembly of the IBM machine. The area must be clean, well lit,and suitable for the purpose. On-site Service is not available in all countries, andsome countries have kilometer or mileage limitations from an IBM service center.
