Press Ctrl+I when prompted toenter the RAID configuration software.Step 7: Configure the RAID settings. Use the Intel® Matrix Storage Manager toconfigure the RAID array. Brief descriptions of configuration options are givenbelow.Step0:F.4 Installing the Operating System to the RAID ArrayTo install the operating system to the RAID array some extra steps are necessary duringthe installation process.Step 1: Prepare a RAID driver floppy disk on another computer. If installing on theRAID array a RAID driver floppy disk must be made. The RAID driver floppy diskutility is on the CD in the “5-SATA/Floppy Configuration Utility” folder. The floppydisk will be formatted and the drivers installed.Step 2: Restart the system with a floppy drive attached. Attach a normal floppy driveor USB floppy drive to the system.Step 3: Press F6 when prompted. During the installation process, Windows OSprompts the user to press F6 to install the RAID drivers. Press F6 and choosefrom the drivers on the floppy disk.Step 4: Install the OS. Continue with OS installation as usual.Step0:
