Cleaning sinks in stainless steel— A sink in stainless steel does not absorbtaste or smell and will keep fresh formany years if cleaned at regular inter-vals. Therefore, wipe the sink clean witha damp cloth or sponge and washing-updetergent, if necessary, after use. Rinsethe bowl with water and then wipethe sink with a dry cloth to avoid limestains from dried-up water. You shouldalso wipe up washing-up detergent orcleaner to avoid stains. Do not leavechlorous liquids in the bowl or on thesink for several hours, as chlorine candamage the sink and make the stainlesssteel surface matt.— Stains which can’t be removed bynormal wiping can be rubbed off with asoft brush or a nylon sponge and liquidcleaner.
