If you press when you set thehours for DURATION , theappliance goes to setting of theEND function.Setting the MINUTE MINDER1. Press again and again until and"00" flash in the display.2. Turn the knob for the temperature /microwave power right or left to set theMINUTE MINDER.First you set the seconds, then theminutes and then the hours.At first, the time is calculated in minutesand seconds. When the time you set islonger than 60 minutes, the symbolcomes on in the display.The appliance now calculates the time inhours and minutes.3. The MINUTE MINDER startsautomatically after five seconds.After 90% of the set time, an acousticsignal sounds.4. When the set time ends, an acousticsignal sounds for two minutes. "00:00"and flash in the display. Press anybutton or open the oven door to stopthe acoustic signal.If you set the MINUTE MINDERwhen the DURATION or ENDfunction operates, the symbolcomes on in the display.Count Up TimerUse the Count Up Timer to monitor howlong the oven operates.Press again and again until the displayshows time without clock symbols.You cannot use the Count UpTimer when the Duration orEnd function operates.Additional functionsUsing the Child LockThe Child Lock prevents an accidentaloperation of the appliance.1. Ensure the knob for the oven functions isin the off position.2. Press and at the same time turn theknob for the temperature / microwavepower to the right.An acoustic signal sounds. SAFE comes on inthe display.To deactivate the Child Lock, repeat step 2.Automatic switch-offFor safety reasons the appliancedeactivates automatically after some time ifan oven function operates and you do notchange any settings.Temperature (°C) Switch-off time (h)30 - 115 12.5120 - 195 8.5200 - 230 5.5After an automatic switch-off, deactivatethe appliance fully.
