ENGLISH 8IMPORTANT: perform maintenance offilters periodically as described on relevantparagraph.Grease filterClean the grease fi lter once a month.1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.2. Remove the grease filtersa - push the handles backwardsb - and then downwards.3. After cleaning the grease filter refit inreverse order, making sure the entireextraction surface is covered.Fitting or replacing charcoal filterCharcoal filter is neither lavable norregenerable.Replace it every 4 months.1. Disconnect the hood from the electricpower supply.2. Remove the grease filter.3. Fit the filters over the motor: make surethe pins on the manifold match the slots,then turn clockwise until locked.4. Carry out in the reverse order to remove.5. Refit the grease filter.Replacing the Halogen lampsWARNING: - Only use 20W MAX - G4halogen lamps.1. Disconnect the hood from the electricpower supply.2. Insert the blade of a small flatscrewdriver where indicated by thethree points, and with a gentle pressureremove the light cover from its position.3. Remove the faulty lamp and replacewith a new one.4. Replace the cover (spring lock system).IMPORTANT: make sure you don’t touch thelamp with your hands.
