ENGLISH 13Cleaning and maintenanceCleaning is the only maintenance normallyrequired.Failure to maintain the oven in a cleancondition could lead to deterioration of thesurface that could adversely affect the lifeof the appliance and possibly result in ahazardous situation.i IMPORTANT: do not use metalscouring pads, abrasive cleansers,steel-wool pads, gritty washcloths, etc.which can damage the control panel, andthe interior and exterior oven surfaces. Usea sponge with a mild detergent or a papertowel with spray glass cleaner. Apply sprayglass cleaner to a paper towel.Do not spray directly on the oven.At regular intervals, especially if spill overshave occurred, remove the turntable, theturntable support and wipe the base of theoven clean.This oven is designed to operate with theturntable in place.i IMPORTANT: do not operate themicrowave oven when the turntablehas been removed for cleaning.Use a mild detergent, water and a soft clothto clean the interior surfaces, front and rearof the door and the door opening.i IMPORTANT: do not allow grease orfood particles to build up around thedoor.For stubborn stains, boil a cup of waterin the oven for 2 or 3 minutes.
