ENGLISH 5Safety• After removing the packaging, makesure the appliance is complete andundamaged. If in doubt, do not usethe appliance and contact a qualifiedprofessional.• The electrical installation and theelectrical connection must be carriedout by a qualified technician accordingto the manufacturer’s instructions andin compliance with the local safetyregulations.• Packing elements (plastic bags,polystyrene etc) must not be left withinreach of children as they may representa hazard.• Never install the appliance inenvironments where the temperaturemay reach 0°C or lower (the appliancemay be damaged if the water freezes).• Make sure the mains voltagecorresponds to the voltage indicated onthe appliance rating plate.Connect the appliance to an efficientlyearthed socket with a minimum currentrating of 10A only. The manufacturermay not be considered liable forpossible incidents caused by the failureto adequately earth the mains.• If the power socket does not match theplug on the appliance, have the socketreplaced with a suitable type by aqualified professional.• Observance of safety directives requiresthat a multi pole switch with a minimumcontact gap of 3 mm be used for theinstallation.• Do not use multiple plug adapters orextension leads.• The power cable on this appliancemust not be replaced by the user as thisoperation requires the use of specialtools.
