How-ever, when this setting is set to “OFF,” the function enablesthe transceiver to remain on the operating channel even afterreceiving a Distress call.q Enter “#WVQ59” in the DSC Set up menu.w Rotate [SELECTOR] to turn the Auto switch “ON” or“OFF.”ON : The transceiver automatically switches the operat-ing channel to Channel 16 after receiving a Dis-tress call.OFF : The transceiver remains on the operating channeleven after receiving a Distress call.
