Deluxe Model (LX) - Lift the glass fascia and support it withthe sliding catch.Standard Model - Open the controls access door by hingingdownwards.3. Ensure that the gas inlet cock (B) is OPEN.4. Press the overheat reset button (D), located as shown inFrame 1.5. Ensure that the mains on/off switch (E) is in the OFFposition.6. Switch ON the electricity supply to the boiler. Check that allexternal controls, e.g. room thermostat etc., are ON.7. Turn the boiler thermostat knob (C) to position 6 and themains on/off switch (E) to ON. After about 15 seconds theboiler will light automatically - this can be viewed through thesight glass (A).Set the boiler thermostat to the desired position.8.
