During the Warranty Period, the Product (includingcomponents), will be repaired or replaced at HARMAN's option , without charge foreither parts or labor OR at HARMAN's sole option, th e price of the Product may berefunded, subject to depreciation based on you r purchase price for the Productpro-rated over the remaining balance of the Warranty Period.
