The default setting stopsself-diagnostics when an error occurs. When diagnostics is set to continue andan error is detected the error message is displayed for 3 seconds then theinstrument continues on to the next test.The procedure for changing the setting to continue/stop self-diagnostics whenan error occurs is outlined in Figure 5.9.
