14. Attach the upper blade guide bracket to bottomof new, longer guide post.15. Tighten set screw (C, Fig. 2).16. Attach the upper blade guide bracket to bottomof new, longer guide post.17. Fasten the new blade guard assembly (ItemNos. 7-11, Fig. 1) to the upper blade guidebracket. Note: Always adjust the blade guardassembly to cover the blade completelywhenever the guide post height is changed.18. Install the new blade; tension and track theblade; adjust both blade guides; close bothblade wheel covers. Install the table pin andthe table-insert and connect the bandsaw tothe power source.
