English- 1Please read and comply withthese original instructions priorto the initial operation of your appliance andstore them for later use or subsequent own-ers.Before using the appliance for the first time,read and observe these operating instruc-tions and the accompanying brochure:Safety information for brush cleaning unitsand spray-extraction units, 5.956-251.The machine has been approved for use onsurfaces with gradients of up to 10%.Safety devices serve to protect the userand must not be rendered inoperational ortheir functions bypassed.To put all functions out of operation imme-diately: Press emergency-stop button.– The machine comes to a sudden haltwhen you press the emergency-stopbutton.– The emergency-stop has a direct effecton all machine functions.– The display continues.Switches off the drive motor after a shortdelay, if the operator leaves the operatorseat during operation or while moving. DangerImmediate danger that can cause severeinjury or even death. WarningPossible hazardous situation that couldlead to severe injury or even death.CautionPossible hazardous situation that couldlead to mild injury to persons or damage toproperty.The scrubber vacuum is used for wetcleaning or polishing of level floors.You can adjust the machine to suit thecleaning task by modifying the settings forwater quantity, contact pressure of thebrushes, detergent quantity and drivingspeed.Use this appliance only as directed in theseoperating instructions.– The appliance may only be used for thecleaning of hard surfaces that are notsensitive to moisture and polishing op-erations.– This appliance is intended for insideuse.– The application temperature rangesfrom +5°C to +40°C.– The appliance is not suited for thecleaning of frozen grounds (e.g. in coldstores).– The appliance is suitable for a max. wa-ter depth of 1 cm. Do not drive into anarea where there is a risk of this max.water height being exceeded.– The appliance may only be equippedwith original accessories and spareparts.– The appliance is not intended for thecleaning of public traffic routes.– The machine should not be used onsurfaces that are sensitive to pressure.Please consider the allowed load persurface unit of the floor. Details of loadper surface unit can be found in thetechnical data.– The appliance is not suited for the usein potentially explosive environments.– The machine should not be used tosuck in inflammable gases, undilutedacids or solvents.This includes petrol, thinning agents orhot oil that can form an explosive mix-ture when it comes in contact withsucked air.
