DANGER– Do not use high pressure cleanerswhen there has been an oil spill; movethe appliance to another spot and avoidany sort of spark formation.– Do not store, spill or use fuel in the vi-cinity of open flames or appliances suchas ovens, boilers, water heaters, etc.that have an ignition flame or can gen-erate sparks.– Keep even mildly inflammable objectsand materials away from the muffler (atleast 2 m).– Do not start the engine without the muf-fler; check, clean and replace, if re-quired, the muffler at regular intervals.– Do not use the engine in forest, bushesor grassy areas without fitting a sparkreceiver at the exhaust– Except for setting jobs, do not run theengine when the air filter is removed orthere is no cover over the suction sup-port.– Do not make any adjustments to theregulator springs, regulator bars or oth-er parts that can bring forth an increasein the engine speed.– Risk of burns! Do not touch hot muf-flers, cylinders or radiator ribs.– Do not put hands or feet close to mov-ing or rotating parts.– Risk of poisoning! The appliance shouldnot be operated in closed rooms.– Do not use unsuitable fuels, as theymay be dangerous.Safety devices serve for the protection ofthe user and must not be put out of opera-tion or bypassed with respect to their func-tion.– If the hand spray gun is closed, theoverflow valve opens and the high pres-sure pump diverts the water back to thepump suction side. Thus the permissi-ble working pressure is not exceeded.– The overflow valve is set by the manu-facturer and sealed. Setting only bycustomer service. DANGERRisk of injury! Device, tubes, high pressurehose and connections must be in faultlesscondition. If they are not in a perfect statethen the appliance must not be used. Check oil level of the high pressurepump at the oil sight glass.Do not operate the appliance if the oil levelhas fallen below "MIN". Add oil if required (see technical speci-fications).Follow the instructions given in the sec-tion "Safety Notes"! Read the operating instructions of theengine manufacturer before start-upand follow the safety instructions care-fully. Check oil level of the engine.Do not operate the appliance if the oillevel has fallen below "MIN". If required, top up oil carefully. Connect battery. Fill fuel tank with diesel. Fill the fuel tank with unleaded petrol.Do not use 2-speed mixture.Safety DevicesOverflow valveStart upCheck oil level of the high pressurepumpMotorHD 1050 DEHD 1050 B14 EN
