At best storethe cleaner in a heated room duringthe winter or empty it or rinse itthoroughly with antifreeze. Empty the cleaner– Unscrew supply hose and high-pres-sure hose from the cleaner.– Leave the cleaner running until thepump and lines have emptied (max.1 minute). Putting in antifreezeFor longer intervals between operations,pumping antifreeze through the cleaneris to be recommended. By this meansalso you obtain a sure protection againstcorrosion.Care and maintenanceDanger!Before undertaking any care ormaintenance work on the cleaner,pull out the power plug.Caution!When changing the oil, dispose ofany waste oil only at authorisedcollection points.Safety inspection/maintenance contractYou can arrange with your dealer to havea regular safety inspection carried out or tohave a maintenance contract. Please seekadvice on this.Each time before operatingthe cleaner Check connecting cable for damage(risk of getting an electric shock), havea damaged connecting cable replacedwithout delay by authorised CustomerService personnel or an electrician. Check high-pressure hose for damage(danger of explosion), replacea damaged high-pressure hosewithout delay. Check cleaner (pump) for any leaks.Three drops per minute are allowableand can appear on the underside ofthe cleaner. Seek the help of CustomerService if leaks are more serious.Every week Check oil level in oil reservoir: if the oil ismilky (water in oil), seek the help ofCustomer Service immediately. Clean the strainer at the water outlet. Clean the filter at the suction hose fordetergent.Annually or after500 operating hours Change the oil– For oil quantity and type seeTechnical Specifications.– Undo fastening screws, remove unitcover, remove cover of oil reservoir.– Lay cleaner on its side and drain oilinto a suitable container.– Fill slowly with fresh oil; air bubbleshave to escape.!
