Please ob-tain information at your local dealer or re-quest information directly from KÄRCHER.Notes regarding the detergent: The mostcommonly use detergents can be pur-chased ready to use in their detergent res-ervoirs with locking lids. This will make thepesky refilling and filling processes redun-dant. IllustrationRemove the lid from the detergent res-ervoir and press the detergent reservoirinto the detergent connection with theopening facing down. IllustrationAdjust the suction volume of the deter-gent solution by means of the dosageregulator for detergents. Use spray lance with pressure regula-tion (Vario Power). Turn the spray lance to "Mix" position.Note: This will mix the detergent withthe water stream.Note: If required, the washing brushes canbe used to work with detergent. Spray the detergent sparingly on thedry surface and allow it to react, but notto dry. Spray off loosened dirt with the high-pressure jet. Release the lever on the trigger gun. Lock the lever on the trigger gun. During longer breaks (more than 5 min-utes), also turn the appliance off usingthe "0/OFF" switch. Insert the trigger gun in its holder.CautionOnly separate the high-pressure hose fromthe trigger gun or the appliance while thereis no pressure in the system. Remove the detergent reservoir fromthe intake and close it with the lid. Tostore, place into the intake rotated by180°. Release the lever on the trigger gun. Turn off the appliance "0/OFF". Turn off tap. Detach the appliance from the watersupply.Caution: When disconnecting the sup-ply or high pressure hose, warm watermay leak from the connections after op-eration. Press the lever on the trigger gun to re-lease any remaining pressure in thesystem. Lock the lever on the trigger gun. Pull out the mains plug.CautionIn order to prevent accidents or injuries,keep in mind the weight of the applianceduring transport (see Specifications). Lift appliance by the carrying handleand carry it. Pull the appliance by its transport han-dle. Prior to horizontal transport: Removethe detergent reservoir from the intakeand close it with the lid. Secure the appliance against shiftingand tipping over.Working with detergentRecommended cleaning methodInterrupting operationFinish operationTransportWhen transporting by handWhen transporting in vehicles
