8 EnglishYou can rectify minor faults yourself withthe help of the following overview.If in doubt, please consult the authorizedcustomer service. Risk of electric shockAlways switch off the appliance and pull outthe mains plug before care and mainte-nance work. WarningRepair works may only be performed by theauthorized customer service.Machine does not startÎ Check whether the voltage indicated onthe type plate corresponds to the volt-age of the socket.Î Check the power cable for damage.Pressure does not build up in theapplianceÎ Check the setting at the spray lance.Î Evacuate air from the appliance: Switchon the appliance when the high pres-sure hose is not connected and allow itto run until the water which dischargesfrom the high pressure outlet is free ofbubbles. Then connect the high pres-sure hose again.Î Clean the fine filter in the water supplyconnection: this can be easily removedusing flat-nose pliers.Î Check all supply lines to the high pres-sure pump for leaks or blockages.Strong pressure fluctuationsÎ Clean the high-pressure nozzle: Re-move dirt and debris from the nozzlebore with a needle and rinse throughwith water towards the front.Î Check the volume of incoming water.High pressure pump leakingÎ Slight leakage from the high pressurepump is normal. If the leakage increasescontact the authorized customer service.No detergent infeedÎ Select the low-pressure setting (Mix) forthe spray lance with Vario Power nozzle.Î Clean the filter of the detergent suctionhose.Î Check the detergent suction hose forkinks.Special accessories expand the possibili-ties of using your appliance.
