10TROUBLESHOOTINGDisconnect the machine from the power source before making any repair.Symptom Cause SolutionMotor will not start.Unit does not reachhigh pressure.Output pressurevaries high and low.Extension cord is too long.Extension cord isnot proper gauge.Extension cord is damaged.Replace extension cord with eithera 25 ft. 12/2 gauge cord or a 50 ft.10/2 gauge cord.Electrical outlet does not supplyadequate power.Try a different outlet.Diameter of garden hoseis too small.Replace with a 3/4 inchgarden hose.Water supply is restricted. Check garden hose for kinks,leaks and blockage.Not enough inlet water supply. Open water source full force.Water inlet filter is clogged. Remove filter and rinse outin warm water.Not enough inlet water supply. Turn water on full force. Check gardenhose for kinks, leaks or blockage.Pump is sucking air. Check that hoses and fittings are air tight.Turn off machine and purge pump bysqueezing trigger gun until a steady flowof water emerges through the nozzle.Water inlet filter is clogged. Remove filter and rinse outin warm water.Discharge nozzleis obstructed.Blow out or remove debriswith a fine needle.Calcified gun, hoseor spray wand.Run distilled vinegar throughdetergent suction tube.On/Off switch is in the “OFF”(O) position.Turn switch to the “ON” (I) position.Power cord is not plugged in. Plug in power cord.Spray wand is in lowpressure position.Turn spray wand to highpressure position.
