Version 1.08 (04/07) Manual: CMOS Industrial Camera LOGLUX i5Page 14 of 46 KAMERA WERK DRESDEN GmbHThe configuration menuThe configuration window is subdivided into four panels.At the top of the window is a 'Disconnect'button which is used to return to the IPhardware scan. When the button is clicked, allsettings of the currently used camera arestored. To the right of the button is an optionfield 'Advanced features' which allowsadditional configuration tools to be used, e.g.the built-in terminal program; it should beselected by experienced users only. Thesymbol buttons on the right side may be usedto call up program information ('i') and onlinehelp ('?'); the snapshot button (flash symbol)serves to dump the live image window as aPNG graphics file in the installation directory ofthe program.The left side displays the tree structure of theparameters of the selected LOGLUX i5 CLcamera and the IP hardware used(framegrabber or FireWire ports). Theparameter branches can be opened ([+]) andclosed ([-]) by clicking the tree nodes with theleft mouse key. The selected parameterbranches are highlighted in a color or bold.After the selection of a parameter branch in theleft half of the window (green arrow), thecontents of the branch will be displayed in theright half of the window. All parameter settingsare made here, with menus, selection fields,shifting bars (mouse etc. operation) or inputfields (keyboard entries) being available for thepurpose. The function of the selectedparameter branch is displayed in the greenheading block.At the bottom of the window, to the right of theKWD logo, is a status indicator window forrelevant output functions which is notpermanently visible.Figure 10 : The configuration menu
