If unit stops,replace pressure switch.Timer resistor faulty Replace timer.SYSTEM STOPSAFTER APPROXIMATELY10 SECONDS ANDTHEN RESTARTSFaulty pressure switch Check and replace.Leak in system Fix leak.WATER ISNOT HOTTank water low Check for leaks and fill.Temperature or level controlsfaultyCheck and replace.MOTOR ”HUMS”BUT DOESNOT TURNElectric motor single phasing Check for blown fuse or loosepower line connections.PUMP RUNNINGNORMALLY BUTLOW WATERPRESSUREAir leak in inlet Check water supply and possibilityof air entering water connections.Faulty pressure unloader Bypass pressure unloader bywiring spray gun open. If goodPSI, turn machine off and replaceregulator. DO NOT RELEASESPRAY GUN WHILE BYPASSINGUNLOADER.
