Man-1112 Sigma XT+_23 Page 42 of 5218.1.6 Comms faultIndicates that communication has been lost with an Extinguishant module, Repeater panel or Ancillary board.Check for comms fault at all Extinguishant modules, Repeaters and Ancillary boards to identify the source of theproblem.18.1.7 Earth faultIndicates that part of the system wiring is connected to earth. Remove all system wiring and re-connect cablesone at a time until the earth fault returns. This will indicate which cable the earth fault is present on.18.1.8 Sys fuse faultIndicates that the total power rating of the power supply has been exceeded and that the system fuse has comeinto operation. Remove and review all loads then re-connect one at a time.18.1.9 S1 faultIndicates a short or open circuit on sounder outputs. Remove wiring and refit end of line resistors. Check soundercircuit wiring.18.1.10 S2 faultIndicates a short or open circuit on sounder outputs. Remove wiring and refit end of line resistors. Check soundercircuit wiring.18.2 Extinguishant modules18.2.1 WatchdogIndicates that the processor has failed to correctly execute code and has been re-started by the watchdog circuit.The watchdog reset switch must be pressed to clear the Watchdog fault condition.Press the Watchdog reset button. If system does not return to normal then the module is probably damaged andneeds the circuit board replacing.18.2.2 System fuseIndicates that the modules main fuse has been overloaded and the module is shut down. Remove and review allloads then re-connect one at a time.18.2.3 Man. ReleaseIndicates that either the front panel mounted or a remotely connected Manual release control has been operated.This indication can only be cleared by power cycling the module or pressing the processor reset switch.
