English 17Loading the remote control batteries1 Remove thebattery cover.2 Load the AAA-size batteriessupplied with the system.3 Close the bat-tery cover.Check the polarity of thezbatteries (UV) whenloading them.The batteries supplied with the system are for operational testing and mayzlast only for a short time.When replacing the batteries, always load 2 new batteries.zComponent Names and FunctionsUsing the remote controlAfter plugging the main unit into an ACwall outlet, press the power [K] key onthe remote control unit to turn the systemon.After the system powers up, press the keyfor the function you want to use.Point the remote control at the remotesensor when using it.The remote control may not operatezcorrectly if direct sunlight or light froma high-frequency fluorescent lamp(such as an inverter type) is shiningon the remote sensor.
