Theunit may be damaged or fail to work ifyou share the - wires or ground them toany metal part in the car.• After the unit is installed, check whetherthe brake lamps, blinkers, wipers, etc. onthe car are working properly.About CD players/disc changersconnected to this unitIf the CD player/ disc changer has the “O-N”switch, set it to the “N” position.The functions you can use and theinformation that can be displayed may differdepending on the models being connected.Connecting the ISO ConnectorThe pin arrangement for the ISO connectorsdepends on the type of vehicle you drive.Make sure to make the proper connectionsto prevent damage to the unit.The default connection for the wiringharness is described in 1 below.
