The functions of these keys and knob are explainedbelow.1 Antenna connectorConnect the antenna here.2 Rotary encoder3 POWER switch/ VOLUME controlTurn clockwise to switch ON the transceiver. Rotate toadjust the volume. Turn conterclockwise fully to switch OFFthe transceiver.4 Auxiliary (orange) key5 Battery pack release latchPull back on this latch to release the battery pack.6 Call key7 PTT (Push-To-Talk) switch8 Clear key9 Transmit/ Receive indicator0 A key- B key= 2 C key~ D 3 key!
