TRANSMITCalling another station on your KENWOOD radio is very simple:First, press the monitor key ON, and listen for а few seconds to make certainthe channel is not being used.Now, hold the microphone about one and one half inches from your lips,squeeze the PTT (Push-To-Talk) switch, and speak in your normal speakingvoice.The TX indicator will display during transmission. When you are throughspeaking, release the PTT switch, and you are automatically back in the receivemode. When your conversation is completed, place the microphone back on itshook.Notes1.
