When in doubt, disconnect all loudspeaker cables and run pink noise from the console atnominal level through the crossover to the power amplifiers and examine crossover input/outputlevels, crossover limiter indicators and amplifier clip indicators to verify system protection and gainstructure.3.4 ARCS PRESET LIBRARIESAll 2-way presets are configured in stereo 3-way mode, i.e., channel A and B Low/Highoutputs are on output channels 2 / 3 and 5 / 6, respectively. This means that drive racks donot require recabling when changing from 3-way to 2-way presets. In addition, for these 2-way presets, channels 1 and 4 are unlocked and available for programming of passive fillloudspeakers, subwoofers or, alternatively, for monitoring input system equalization whenusing the SMAART or SPECTRAFOO measurement systems.Note: for BSS 366, 3 x 2-way presets are provided in memory locations 37-46. This channelconfiguration is recommended for Left/Centre/Right (LCR) applications.Please refer to the appropriate Preset Description Sheet (excel .XLS files) to assist inselecting the appropriate preset and as a reference for configuring crossover output channelsfor your drive rack or signal distribution system.Complete Preset Description Sheet excel files are available for download from www.l-acoustics.com along with preset library data.
