25ENworking in accordance with the requirementsof the regulations in force (earth connection,fuses, differential security breaker, etc).In case of failure to comply with one of theregulations stated above, the manufacturerdeclines all responsibility for the staff andprovides no warranty.IMPORTANT: Regarding three-phase motors,pay attention to the connection of the elec-tric cable to the plug (see electric diagram).A wrong connection let the motor slew in anirregular way, and consequently the gas oilsuction pump will not operate in a correctway. If the gas oil pump does not suck fuel, itwill damage and it will not allow the burnerto work. To check the correct rotation of themotor, it is necessary to check if air goes outfrom the chimney.FILLING UP WITH FUELFill the tank with the fuel indicated on the tech-nical data plate (Diesel, ref. 4).Avoid that the tank is empty when the machineis running in order not to damage the fuelpump.• Incorrect fuel shall not used as they asprovide hazard.Fill up the detergent tank with the suggestedproducts, suitable for the kind of washing to becarried out (ref. 5).• CAUTION: Make use only of liquid deter-gent, do not absolutely use acid or toomuch alkaline products. We suggest youto make use of our products, which havebeen studied for the use with washer ma-chines.START-UPSwitch on the machine by pressing the switch(ref. 1, pos.1) and leave it to run for a few min-utes to eliminate any dirt and air bubbles fromthe water circuit, then switch it off, connect thehigh pressure line to the spray gun (ref. 7) andfit the spray rod (ref. 8). Make sure that the de-tergent regulator is in the closed position.When the machine is running again, check thatthe jet is even; otherwise, clean the nozzle toremove any dirt. Wait a few seconds for the op-erating pressure to be reached, then operatethe gun for two or three short bursts.To wash with hot water, press the switch (ref.1, pos. 5) and turn the thermostat (ref. 1, pos.2) to the desired temperature setting. To adddetergent or disinfectant to the water jet, openthe regulator (ref. 1, pos. 3) to the setting for thequantity required as described in the “DETER-GENT SUCTION” section.> LANCE ASSEMBLYTo fit the lance to the gun, it is sufficient to in-sert the threaded end of the lance (ref. 8, pos.1) into the hole on the gun (ref. 8, pos. 2); thenscrew the lance as shown by the arrow (A) untilthe connection is tight.> DETERGENT SUCTIONThe adjusting head allow you to select water jetat low and high pressure. The pressure selectionis carried out by rotating the adjusting head. Toincrease the pressure, rotate the adjusting headclockwise (fig. 9, Pos. A), to reduce the pressurerotate it anti-clockwise (fig. 9, pos. B). The de-tergent suction is automatic when the adjust-ing head of the lance is rotate for low pressureoperation (anti-clockwise).When you start the machine, the mixing of thedetergent with the water is automatic at thewater passage. The quantity of sucked deter-gent depends on the quantity set with the de-tergent adjusting knob (ref. 1, pos. 3).• CAUTION: Make use only of liquid deter-gent, do not absolutely use acid or toomuch alkaline products.
