Then removethe hex bolt, outer flange and diamond wheel.To install the wheel, follow the removal procedure inreverse. Always install the wheel so that the arrow onthe wheel points in the same direction as the arrow onthe blade case.BE SURE TO TIGHTEN THE HEX BOLT SECURELY.1234009564CAUTION:• Use only the Makita wrench and hex wrench toinstall or remove the wheel.Installing water pipe (optional accessory)1009693First, unplug the tool. Loosen the clamping nut on thedepth guide and move the base down. Hold the tool firmly. Setthe base plate on the workpiece to be cut without thewheel making any contact. Then turn the tool on andwait until the wheel attains full speed. Now simply movethe tool forward over the workpiece surface, keeping itflat and advancing smoothly until the cutting iscompleted.
