Discard any of the remaining nyloncord. (Fig. 39)Hook the middle of the new nylon cord to the notchlocated at the center of the spool between the 2 channelsprovided for the nylon cord. One side of the cord shouldbe about 80mm longer than the other side.Wind both ends firmly around the spool in the directionmarked on the head for left hand direction indicated byLH. (Fig. 40)Wind all but about 100 mm of the cords, leaving the endstemporarily hooked through a notch on the side of thespool. (Fig. 41)Mount the spool in the housing so that the grooves andprotrusions on the spool match up with those in thehousing. Keep the side with letters on the spool visible onthe top. Now, unhook the ends of the cord from theirtemporary position and feed the cords through the eyeletsto come out of the housing. (Fig. 42)Align the protrusion on the underside of the cover with theslots of the eyelets. Then push cover firmly onto thehousing to secure it.
