11 ENGLISHReassembly for high performancefilterConnect high performance filter. At this time, make sureto twist high performance filter so that securing lip isfirmly locked into cleaner unit.► Fig.26: 1. High performance filter 2. Securing lip► Fig.27: 1. Securing lipConnect capsule. Align O symbol on capsule with Osymbol on handle and then firmly twist capsule in direc-tion of arrow until it is secured.► Fig.28: 1. O Mark► Fig.29: 1. Handle 2. CapsuleNOTE:• Always remove dust ahead of time, as suctionpower will be reduced if there is too much dustin cleaner.• Always be sure to check that high performancefilter is loaded correctly prior to using cleaner. Ifthey are not loaded correctly, dust will get intothe motor housing, and cause motor failure.If the following examples occur, high perfor-mance filter is not loaded correctly. Reload themcorrectly to rectify problem.Problem ExamplesSecuring lip of high performance filter is not firmlylocked into groove of cleaner housing.► Fig.30: 1. Securing lip 2. Groove of cleaner housingOPERATIONCAUTION:• To connect attachments, such as nozzle,twist-insert attachment in direction of arrow toensure secure connection during use. To dis-connect attachment, twist-extract also in direc-tion of arrow.If attachment is twisted in the opposite direction,when being connected or disconnected, capsulemay become loose.► Fig.31: 1. Discoloration, deformation or cracksmay result.► Fig.38Wash the filter in soapy water when it is clogged withdust and the cleaner power becomes small. Dry it outthoroughly before use. An insufficiently dried filter maycause poor suction and shorten the service life of themotor.Do not blow dust sticking on the cleaner by air duster. Itbrings dust into the housing and causes failure.
